We are looking for a commercially minded, relationship focused Key Account Manager to drive the expansion of existing client accounts across Spencer Ogden’s EMEA operations. Responsibilities
- Drive growth by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with high‑value clients across the EMEA region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging market insights and strategic solutions to foster long‑term partnerships and uncover opportunities for business expansion.
- Develop and optimize client‑specific SLAs, focusing on improving client delivery performance and identifying new opportunities for market share growth through innovative service offerings.
- Work closely with the dedicated client development team to drive the expansion of existing client accounts.
- Identify efficiencies and improvements in processes to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction, driving expansion within existing accounts.
- Use data‑driven insights and market intelligence to forecast client needs and suggest strategic adjustments that lead to sustainable growth.
- Take ownership of strategic business planning for assigned key accounts, expanding the existing client base, driving revenue growth, and aligning operational capabilities with market needs.
- Forecast revenue opportunities, operational performance, and account‑specific needs to ensure sustainable growth aligned with Spencer Ogden’s long‑term goals.
- Leverage market trends and data insights to make timely, strategic decisions aimed at enhancing existing client relationships and driving overall business growth.
