You will lead a team of over 60 staff, focusing on client satisfaction and compliance with health and safety procedures. A management qualification and commercial client experience are desirable. This role offers a salary of £34,000 – £36,000 per annum plus perks and benefits.

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our Central division, managing a diverse multisite portfolio of education and corporate clients across Cambridge.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll lead a team of over 60 staff, including supervisors and cleaning operatives. Your key focus will be to ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness and customer service are consistently delivered across all sites.
