Job description

Our client is a highly respected independent insurance brokerage with a tremendous reputation. They have an enviable client retention and a very low staff turnover and are regarded as one of the highest quality insurance businesses in the UK.

They are currently considering "succession planning" due to several impending retirements and are eager to hear from experienced account executives with a focus on "Trade Credit" insurance. Ideally, they seek an all-rounder, possibly more than one; someone with strong technical knowledge capable of servicing existing clients to a high standard and with a keen eye for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

It is likely that you will either take over an existing client portfolio or work closely with a senior executive during a client handover process. Applicants must be smart, professional, personable, and able to operate effectively in a professional environment.

The company is also committed to making a positive impact in the local community and participates in various charity and community initiatives across Yorkshire and other UK locations where it has a presence.

Successful candidates will have at least 3+ years of experience in the Trade Credit sector, preferably with client-facing experience and a well-connected knowledge of the market.
