Job description

This position is integral to delivering exceptional client service within the Natural Resources sector. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating closely with Account Executives, Account Directors, and Broking Teams. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless post‑placement activities and adherence to operational standards.

Responsibilities include supporting CRM updates, managing documentation checks, and upholding compliance with company policies and quality metrics. The role requires proactive stakeholder management across global WTW offices and Natural Resources locations.

The Role
  • Liaise with clients and develop strong relationships, interaction scoped between Account Executive and Account Director/Team Leader and Account broker(s).
  • Work closely and maintain working relationships with key market contacts (and the Broking Team) as required.
  • Be part of a team that delivers the end‑to‑end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Provide Second Pair of Eyes (SPOE) checking on placement documentation throughout the placement process, subject to management approval and formal training completion.
  • Liaison with Natural Resources Gateway team members, A&S team and Mumbai colleagues to facilitate all post‑placement activities.
  • CRM Dynamics Sales Hub for prospects with nominated CRM Updaters (in close co‑operation with Growth Leaders and/or sales and strategy focused colleagues as appropriate) including budgeting and collection of engineering fees.
Adherence to and accountability for
  • Ensure adherence to all work practices such as Client Excellence Model (CEM) Contract Builder, Broking Platform,ぜFair Market Appraisal, Document Management System, and the like.
  • Key operational metrics such as Business Quality Management (BQM).
  • Completion of all compulsory training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
  • Manage stakeholders across WTW including but not limited to WTW Network offices, Natural Resources locations globally.
Qualifications
  • Extensive Insurance Industry experience in the energy upstream sector.
  • Study towards or willingness to complete Certificate CII beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
