Job Title: Account Executive - Client Retention
Location: Manchester, office based.

We're looking for a driven and experienced Account Executive with a passion for client retention to join our key clients growing Relationship Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering value, and consistently achieving high renewal rates.

You’ll manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention and renewal success. Acting as a key point of contact, you’ll deliver outstanding service, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure a positive client experience that drives long‑term partnerships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients
  • Drive strong retention and renewal rates
  • Conduct renewal negotiations and handle retention discussions
  • Identify and promote additional services and upsell opportunities
  • Deliver new client implementations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reports
  • Engage with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Communicate with clients via phone, video, email and occasional face‑to‑face meetings
