Job description

We are seeking a full‑time Broker to join our team, supporting a leading US based Engineering and Construction firm on complex global projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated casualty risks, across a diverse portfolio of international construction projects and corporate programmes. You’ll be working alongside industry leaders and benefit from mentorship, hands‑on learning and development pathways. As part of a dedicated client team, the role offers an opportunity to play a key role in developing long‑term, strategic relationships with both insurers and our client. You’ll be expected to negotiate bespoke policy terms and clearly articulate complex coverage concepts, ensuring the client receives the highest standard of service. This is a hybrid role based in our London office, with 2‑3 office days per week. Additional presence may be required during quarterly client visits.

Responsibilities
  • Placement and management of complex casualty insurance programmes.
  • Negotiation of manuscript policy language with insurers.
  • Maintain and expand insurer relationships, identifying cross‑class opportunities and new market prospects.
  • Technical interpretation and communication of insurance coverage.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Ensure full compliance with WTW guidelines, procedures, and FCA requirements.
  • Work effectively across teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
