Aptean is looking for an outstanding Senior Account Executive to join our Merlin ERP sales team in the UK. Merlin is Aptean’s long-established ERP solution serving distribution, merchanting, wholesale and light manufacturing businesses across the UK and Ireland. It is a strategically important product line with a loyal customer base and a strong growth focus around new customer acquisition, solution expansion, and SaaS adoption. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role for a commercially driven sales professional who excels at winning new business and positioning ERP solutions as mission‑critical platforms for growing organisations. The Senior Account Executive is responsible for net‑new customer acquisition, pursuing greenfield opportunities, and guiding prospects through a consultative sales process to select Merlin ERP as the best‑fit solution for their business. You will plan, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve an established quota, working closely with Solution Consultants, Professional Services, Marketing and Leadership to deliver value‑led, outcome‑focused sales engagements. Frequent travel to customer sites and industry events is required.
