Role Overview

My client are seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join their growing team! This is a dynamic role combining sales, client relationship management, and administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Support the hospital team with administrative tasks
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and company offerings
  • Proactively drive sales through outbound calls, cold outreach, networking, and lead generation
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition to prospective clients to support business growth
  • Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and renewals
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client-facing engagements
Person Specification
  • Demonstrated success in generating and converting sales leads
