Job Description:

Account Director - NHS PFI - Worcester. c£95k + car/allowance, 10% bonus, pension.

This mature PFI contract has 7 years remaining and oversees Hard FM, Grounds, Energy Management, Materials Management, Administration, and Soft Services including printing and binding.

Direct reports include a Head of Estates, a Soft Services Manager, a Lifecycle PM, a PM, and an Energy Manager, totaling approximately 50 staff and managing a P&L of up to £18m annually, including lifecycle and variation projects.

The initial focus will be stabilizing and supporting operational and project teams while managing stakeholder relationships and the handback process.
