If you’re a seasoned PR Account Director or Senior Account Director with a knack for shaping narratives that cut through culture, this role gives you the freedom, trust and pace of a boutique environment backed by global‑calibre clients.

You’ll work with clients (B2C side) across a vast array of sectors includingFood, Drink and Retail, Health and Wellness, Social Impact, Sports,Media, Tech and Entertainment, Government, Public Sector and Non‑Profit, Travel, Tourism and Transportation. What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a senior strategic partner to founders and C‑suite leaders.
  • Leading cross‑market, culturally relevant campaigns across consumer and brand storytelling.
  • Developing bold media strategies and securing coverage that sets the agenda, not just fills the grid.
  • Shaping founder profiles and thought leadership platforms.
  • Managing integrated programmes including influencer partnerships and 360 brand activations.
  • Guiding and inspiring junior talent, fostering curiosity, creativity and accountability.
  • Spotting opportunities for organic growth and supporting new business conversations.

Who you are

  • A PR AD or SAD with strong consumer brand experience.
  • Brilliant at media, brilliant with founders, and fearless in your creative ideation.
  • Comfortable running integrated campaigns and managing influencer programmes.
  • Commercially minded, culturally curious, and energised by ambitious thinking.
  • Someone who doesn’t just follow trends but spots and shapes them.
