Location : Soho, London

Salary : £52,000 to £57,000, depending on experience

Working Type : Full time, studio based

We're representing a globally recognised creative studio in the heart of Soho. Their work spans brand experience, experiential environments, retail concepts, campaigns, and creative strategy for some of the world's most influential fashion and sports brands.

This is a team that leads with collaboration, craft, and clarity. They build long term partnerships rooted in trust, creative ambition, and a shared belief in work that moves culture forward. Strategists, designers, and makers working together to bring ideas to life with imagination and precision.

They are looking for an Account Director to help shape their next chapter of growth.

The Role

You will become a trusted partner to some of the studio's most significant global clients. You will guide relationships, translate ambition into clear strategy, and bring together creative and operational teams to deliver work that is impactful, culturally relevant, and beautifully crafted.

You will lead projects that push boundaries, from immersive retail experiences to large scale activations, ensuring every brief reaches its full creative and commercial potential.

You will also play a key role in the studio's growth. Spotting opportunities, nurturing relationships, and helping secure new partnerships that align with the studio's values and creative direction.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and nurture client relationships, building trust and long term value
  • Act as a strategic advisor, turning objectives into clear, actionable briefs
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and creative teams to deliver best in class work
  • Oversee account performance, ensuring budgets, timelines, and delivery are well managed
  • Develop proposals and pitch materials that showcase the studio's capabilities
  • Support leadership in identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Bring clarity, insight, and motivation to internal teams
What You Will Bring
  • Five or more years of experience in account management or client services within a design, experiential, or creative agency
  • Proven experience managing major accounts in fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle sectors
  • Strong relationship building skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance creative ambition and commercial needs
  • Design literate, culturally attuned, and passionate about creativity
  • Organised, proactive, and calm in fast paced environments
  • Based in London with full right to work in the UK
Bonus Skills
  • Experience in retail or experience design
