We're looking for a strategic and dynamic Account Director to take ownership of an established business portfolio and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth journey.

The Opportunity

As Account Director, you'll lead relationships with some of our most important clients - ensuring service excellence while identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

You'll:

  • Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, growth, and profitability.
  • Identify and deliver cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned to client goals.
  • Lead performance reviews, ensuring transparency, insight, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and consistent client satisfaction.
Requirements

You will bring both commercial edge and relationship depth. You're someone who enjoys being close to clients - understanding their challenges, shaping solutions, and unlocking new potential.
