A community support organization is seeking an Accommodation Support Officer to manage participants' housing needs in Hastings. The role involves conducting assessments, creating accommodation plans, and collaborating with probation practitioners. Candidates need excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. The position offers a salary between £25,877 and £29,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, healthcare plan, and a pension scheme. Part-time hours of 18.5 per week on a permanent contract.
Join our team as an Accommodation Support Officer and support our participants with their housing needs.
You’ll work with a caseload of adult males either residing within a custody environment or on license within the community. In partnership with probation practitioners, you’ll complete initial assessments to understand their specific needs and create tailored accommodation plans to meet these through an agreed number of interventions. This will include ensuring the participants are aware of any decisions that affect them and informing them of their rights within the process.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary Starting from £25,877 - £29,000 per annum pro rata (dependent on experience) with great benefits:
