As an Accommodation Manager, you will support the smooth running of Lumis Living’s student accommodation in Leicester. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the well‑being of residents, maintain high standards of service, and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the facility. The role demands excellent customer service skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, student‑focused environment.
Work closely with the on‑site team, including housekeeping and maintenance staff, to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
