Access and Response Social Worker

Salary: £32- £33 / Hour
Job type: Day to Day Cover
Location: Camden

London Borough of Camden are looking to expand their current team with a dedicated Access and Response Social Worker. As part of a well‑structured & organised team, you’ll receive a competitive salary, flexible work times, opportunities to work remotely and a chance to develop your skills. This role is for an initial 3‑6 months, with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and performance.

Access and Response Social Worker Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out reviews with people residing in the community and in nursing/residential settings
• Reassessments
• Working within the FACs criteria and Personalisation agenda
• Managing a caseload of adults to be reviewed for care
• Working Multi-disciplinary team
• Attending meetings and liaising with other professionals

Experience preferred / Minimum Requirements

• Post qualifying experience of working as an Access and Response Social Worker within the UK Social Care industry.
• SWE Registration
• 1 year post qualifying experience within UK Social Care industry
• Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
