Academic Administrator

Location: Isis Education Centre, Warneford Hospital, Oxford, OX3 7JX – Hybrid (work from home and at the trust)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday Friday (Flexible with hours 07:30 – 15:30, 08:00 – 16:00, 09:00 – 17:00)

Trust Location: Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust

Role type: Temporary for 3 months with possibility of extension

What you’ll be responsible for
  • Support the Admissions tutor in the administration of the Selection process under which the course annually appoints clinical psychology trainees.
  • Administration of the trainee selection process.
  • Interface with the Clearing House for PG Courses in Clinical Psychology regarding trainee selection procedures and processing of applications.
  • Maintain IT systems to manage highly complex and sensitive information and to ensure the information and documentation are processed in accordance with trust and University policies.
  • Coordinate arrangements of schedules and documentation for the selection interview process and liaise with other departments as necessary.
  • Liaise with Oxford Health NHS FT HR regarding trainee selection, recruitment and employment policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with Medical Sciences Division Graduate Schools (Oxford University) to discuss process for application.

This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
