A leading healthcare staffing agency is seeking an Academic Administrator for a hybrid position at the Isis Education Centre, Oxford. The role involves supporting the trainee selection process and liaising with various departments. Candidates should have a vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft apps and SharePoint, are essential. This temporary role offers flexible hours and competitive pay rates.
Location: Isis Education Centre, Warneford Hospital, Oxford, OX3 7JX – Hybrid (work from home and at the trust)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday Friday (Flexible with hours 07:30 – 15:30, 08:00 – 16:00, 09:00 – 17:00)
Trust Location: Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust
Role type: Temporary for 3 months with possibility of extension
