A forward-thinking accountancy firm in Exeter seeks an ACA Qualified accountant with extensive practice experience to manage a small team. Are you an ACA Qualified accountant, with extensive experience within accountancy practice? Are you looking for a move to a forward thinking firm who are interested in work life balance? This could be your perfect next role.

I’m working with a sociable and forward-thinking firm as they seek to replace an outgoing employee.

The perfect candidate for this role,will need to be a strong technical accountant with a strong background in statutory accounts and tax return preparation, along with supervising the VAT and bookkeeping production. Strong communication skills are important as the firm strongly believes in offering a personal service to its varied portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. You will be responsible for directly managing a small team and therefore, previous management experience is desired.

My client offers fantastic flexible working opportunities, including 2 days a week from home, flexible hours on a Friday. The salary for this role is around £40k with the opportunity for an uncapped bonus based on billings.
