AC Engineer (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)

Salary : Up to £45,000

Location : Swindon (or nearby) – covering the M4 corridor from Bristol to Slough

The Role

We are recruiting an experienced AC Engineer to carry out service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across commercial and domestic sites along the M4 corridor. You’ll be based in Swindon or surrounding areas and cover locations from Bristol through to Slough.

This position is ideal for an AC Engineer who enjoys working independently, takes pride in high-quality workmanship, and is comfortable travelling between sites within a structured working day.

Key Requirements

• F-Gas qualification (Category 1)
• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach

Working Hours

Leave your home at 8am, return by 5pm

Monday to Friday

On-call rota : 1 in 5
