Tanker experience required for this role

The role of an Abbey Logistics HGV 1 Driver is to safely and efficiently deliver customer products using liquid tanks throughout the UK and into Europe if required.

Duties will include:

• Loading and unloading of Liquid Chocolate Tanks
• 4 on 4 off Tramping
• Food and non-food products
• Keeping your vehicle in clean condition
• Working at heights
• Using your digital hand-held device to record all circle checks and deliveries
• Following company procedures in accordance with strict industry guidelines

Requirements:

• HGV 1 Licence for a minimum of 12 months
• Max 6 penalty points
• Valid DCPC Card
• Tanker Experience Essential for this role

Compensation:

• £15.26ph for the first 20 weeks / £16.26ph thereafter, £26.20 night out
• Guaranteed Earnings: 9-hour shift guarantee
• £1,000 Loyalty Bonus after 12 months of service
