A public sector organization is seeking an Asset Sustainability Officer to drive energy efficiency and sustainability across housing stock. The successful candidate will assess residential properties, recommend solutions for sustainability, and engage with residents and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. Strong analytical skills and a commitment to improving housing quality are essential. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to significant environmental impact through extensive investment programs.

Working 37.5 hours per week
We are seeking a motivated Asset Sustainability Officer to support the delivery of the Council’s energy efficiency and sustainability ambitions across the housing stock. Working closely with the Asset Sustainability Lead and key stakeholders, you will help ensure investment programmes deliver measurable improvements in energy performance and long-term sustainability.
This role blends technical insight, data analysis and stakeholder collaboration to drive better outcomes for residents and the environment.
You will bring a blend of technical understanding, analytical thinking and strong communication skills, with a commitment to improving housing quality and environmental outcomes.
