Duties

  • Administer medication as per care plans and ensure proper documentation.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including tidying living spaces.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

  • Document daily activities and any changes in client condition accurately.

Skills
  • Driving licence is essential.

  • Access to the car is essential.

  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and team members.

  • Understanding of care plans and ability to implement them accurately.

  • Experience in home care or working within a care home environment is advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.

  • Basic IT skills for documentation purposes and communication with healthcare providers.

  • Ability to work independently while also being part of a team‑oriented environment.
