A leading global financial institution is seeking a Sales Support professional for an 8-month fixed-term contract. The candidate will ensure daily tasks are completed and assist in process improvements. Strong knowledge of Equity & Fixed Income products is essential. The role includes investigating issues, managing trade allocations, and providing exceptional client service. With opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative team environment, this role offers flexibility to work remotely one day a week.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Business and Client Services team on an 8-month FTC or secondment. This team supports both RBC Europe Ltd and RBC London Branch Equities and Fixed Income sales support functions.
This role ensures that all daily tasks / controls are completed in line with departmental procedures, whilst also assisting the Associate Director / Director on projects, process improvements or new business initiatives.
RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
