A local childcare agency in East Hagbourne is seeking a Nanny / Housekeeper to provide childcare for children aged 10-12 and manage household duties. Nanny / Housekeeper (Permanent)

Location: Aston Tirrold, Oxfordshire

Responsibilities

• Childcare Duties: Take boys to and from school on designated days, supervise daily routines, help with light nannying, and implement daily schedules.
• Housekeeping Duties: Organise the home, manage food orders and deliveries, cook family meals, and run the home smoothly; deep cleaning is not required as a cleaner is employed.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday
• Monday 1 pm – 7:30 pm
• Tuesday 1 pm – 7:30 pm
• Wednesday 7:30 am – 7:30 pm
• Thursday 1 pm – 7:30 pm

Pay & Benefits

• £18–20 gross per hour
• Permanent position
• Driver’s licence: yes
• Pet: 1 dog

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience working with children aged 10–12 in a similar role
• Childcare qualifications not essential; a 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate is required (or willingness to obtain)
• Up-to-date DBS on the update service
• Minimum of 2 professional referees, one of whom must be current or last employer and immediately contactable
• Starting date: Mid‑January
