Job summary

A leading technology staffing firm is seeking a Technical Support Analyst (3rd Line) to provide exceptional IT support and manage the onsite Citrix Service Farm in Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have MCP or MCSE certification and expertise in Windows Server and enterprise backup management. You will supervise other analysts, coordinate maintenance tasks with contractors, and participate in systems performance investigations. This full-time role may include on-call work to ensure continuous service coverage.

Qualifications

• MCP or MCSE certification is required.
• A relevant degree or equivalent in a technical discipline is necessary.
• Expertise in supporting Windows Server and OS builds for Windows 7/10.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line technical support for the onsite helpdesk.
• Manage the onsite Citrix Service Farm.
• Plan and supervise maintenance and installation work.

Skills

MCP or MCSE Certification

Expert support for Windows Server

Strong knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP

Management of enterprise backup/restoration

Support for MS SQL Server

Education
