Qualifications

• SC / DV cleared role – must be eligible for clearance – sole British national due to nature of the project.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in vCentre / VMware.
• Experience with Event Management Tooling such as SolarWinds.

• Engaging daily with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitoring, triaging, and escalating issues through Event Management tooling.
