3D / Product Design Teacher and / or Head of Design and Technology

Main scale plus TLR2 £5872 - £8611 (depending on experience)

Required from September 2026

The governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated 3D/Product Design Teacher ideally as Head of Design and Technology with a genuine passion for the subject who can grow into and develop the Product Design curriculum. You will be working within a highly successful Design & Technology department with a strong tradition of success in GCSE examinations.

Design Technology is housed in its own purpose-built accommodation, comprising a suite of specialist rooms. The Food & Nutrition room within this area has recently undergone significant investment and refurbishment to expand and modernise the facility.

The department is supported by a team of highly successful and experienced teachers who are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences for our pupils.

The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced Food & Nutrition teacher and will teach the subject across Key Stages 3 and 4. Strong teamwork skills are essential.
