Main Objectives:

• Excellent communication skills both to candidate and client installing trust through service
• Proactive – understanding your clients and drivers and developing relationships
• Confident to sell your service through telephone, face-to-face Networking, Social media etc
• Attention to detail is essential / Advert writing etc
• Understanding of legal responsibilities regards ID, licence checks, and right to work
• Ability to take an on-call mobile on a rota basis
• Excellent problem solver – think outside the box.
• Able to work as a team and on your own.
