Specifically, you will support the Contract Support Officers in their daily work through training, coaching and issue resolution.

In this role you will use agreed tools and processes to undertake more complex and technical contract support activities, quality assurance tasks, and technical commercial portfolio work.

Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our Internal Teams and Supply Partners as you focus on investigating issues and anomalies to a satisfactory conclusion. You will liaise with other Senior CSOs to share best practice, while making sure that process knowledge and consistency in ways of working is maintained/updated across the CSO Community.

The Senior Contract Support Officer will work closely with Managers, Commercial Service Managers and other stakeholders. An interest in developing greater contractual awareness is highly desirable.

Everyone that joins us is required to undertake training and participate in incident response duties when the need to respond arises. Further information on incident response can be found within your candidate pack.

The team Operational Commercial Services is part of Flood and Coastal Risk Management working with Integrated Delivery Hubs across England as they help create a better place through work in asset management and portfolio, programme and project delivery.
