A leading IT services provider is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to work on-site in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role involves deploying and configuring desktops/laptops and providing extensive software and hardware support. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a background in Deskside Support, along with MS Windows training. We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to support one of our clients at the on‑site location Newcastle Helix, Draymans Way, Newcastle Upon Tyne. This is a full‑time position working a 37.5‑hour week Monday – Friday. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach as overtime and on‑call duties may be required. Due to the nature of our client's work the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain SC Security Clearance.
Working on a secure single‑person location with End User Compute support, with the wider support team on sister locations throughout the UK.
