Qualifications

• Vendor certification in VMware, MS Windows System Support, Cisco knowledge - LAN / WAN, Juniper, IP Trade is beneficial.
• Knowledge of McAfee SIEM Security required.
• Further education in IT / ICT is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Configure and replace data centre equipment like Cisco and Juniper firewalls.
• Provide on-site and on-call support across the UK.
• Monitor availability, performance, and security of TPCMS.
• Address issues with TPCMS and assist in resolution.
• Collaborate for continuous improvement of services.
• Exceed Service Level Agreement targets.
