A healthcare organization in Scotland is seeking a Relief Administrative Assistant to join their West Lothian Community Administration Teams. This role involves providing essential support in community vaccination services, greeting patients, registering them on the TURAS system, and managing various administrative tasks. The position offers 15 hours of work each week over the weekends. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a conscientious work ethic.

In this dynamic role, you’ll bring strong organisational and time management skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A keen eye for detail and a conscientious work ethic are essential to maintain accurate systems and produce high-quality documentation. You should be self‑motivated, flexible, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
This post is 15 hrs per week – Saturday & Sunday (8:30 am – 4:30 pm).
