A healthcare organization in Dumfries is seeking enthusiastic adult/paediatric nurses to join their Neonatal unit. The successful candidates will work to improve the health and wellbeing of babies and families while adhering to the British Association of Perinatal Mortality staffing standards. This role requires adaptability, resilience, and a commitment to effective service delivery in a supportive environment.
Our modern and friendly Neonatal unit consists of 2 ITU/HDU and 7 Special care cots. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated adult/paediatric nurses to help strengthen the Neonatal bank within the unit. This vacancy has been developed to support the unit to meet the current British Association of Perinatal Mortality standards for Neonatal staffing.
The candidate should possess passion for improving the health and wellbeing of our babies and families; enthusiasm to embrace change; resilience when working with complex families and be required to work to ensure effective service delivery. The successful candidate will be required to work as required for the needs of the Neonatal service and with the Children, Young People and Sexual Health Directorate.
