We are seeking Graduates for our Building Structures teams, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. We want you to enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can apply your skills working for a diverse range of clients and projects.
Structural Engineers in the Buildings Sector work collaboratively with architects and other consultants to develop coordinated designs for the built environment. The role requires a broad range of skills and includes a wide variety of tasks from the technical tasks, like carrying out calculations manually or using analysis software and producing BIM models and drawings; you will also be involved in creative duties, such as developing innovative designs or new processes.

Graduates working in our Structural Engineering teams begin contributing to activities our Structural Engineers are part of from day one, initially with close support from more experienced engineers. Graduates who join our teams will gradually develop more independence through a combination of hands-on experience and structured training, and will quickly become mentors to more junior colleagues.
You will be embedded in multidisciplinary teams and mentored by experienced engineers, gaining exposure to real-world challenges and innovative solutions.
