A leading beauty company in Greater London is seeking an Advocacy Intern to engage in influencer marketing and support PR campaigns. Responsibilities include managing projects, analyzing data for advocacy strategies, and assisting in events. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and be committed team players. The internship provides exposure to senior management and opportunities to develop valuable skills in the beauty sector.
At L'Oréal Luxe, influencer marketing, press coverage, and events are crucial for connecting our 20+ international brands with the right audiences. Each brand possesses a unique voice, demanding tailored advocacy strategies and a blend of creativity and perseverance. As an Advocacy Intern, you'll be the human face of these brands, contributing to everything from product launches and influencer trips to innovative PR mailouts. This role needs a strong team player with a passion for social media and the beauty industry. Working within the press office, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to shape and deliver our brand narratives to press and influencers. You'll manage your own projects, gaining exposure to senior management while supporting the day-to-day operations of the advocacy team.
Conceptualize and execute your own influencer activations, such as targeted influencer mailers, to drive measurable results. This includes end-to-end project management, from ideation to analysis.
Develop proficiency in using data analysis to inform advocacy strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Our Advocacy Interns are integral to achieving our advocacy goals and maintaining a positive brand image. In today’s dynamic and increasingly digital beauty landscape, your work will be essential for successful product launches and sustained brand growth.
Once you click apply, you’ll be asked some questions to check your eligibility for this role. These will include questions about your current situation, whether you’re happy with the salary, location, etc.
Our Assessment Centres this year will mostly be in person, running from when applications open until the roles are filled. These Assessment Centres are specific to function, so please be patient if you don’t get invited straight away—it might just be because your function’s Assessment Centre date is later in the recruitment period!
