An established and forward‑thinking IT services provider based in Horsham is looking for a talented 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing technical team. The Role :

You’ll be providing hands‑on technical support to a wide range of clients, resolving IT issues quickly and professionally while ensuring a great customer experience. The position covers both 1st and 2nd line responsibilities, offering plenty of scope to learn and progress.

Key Responsibilities :
