A leading grocery retailer in the East Midlands is seeking a Deputy Store Manager who will motivate and support the team and manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager. The ideal candidate should excel in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include ensuring high customer service and compliance with critical KPIs. As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl you'll be cool calm and collected getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes. From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to inspiring your colleagues you'll play a huge part in creating a place where you and your whole team can do your best work. You'll also enjoy great responsibility while the Store Manager is absent taking ownership of the store and leading by example to support your colleagues.
