Salary: £13.64 per hour
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Worker to join a dynamic team working with a secondary aged student in an alternative education provision. The student requires additional support throughout their final years of study to ensure a positive and successful educational experience.
This role involves working closely with the student to provide tailored academic and emotional support, monitor their behaviour, and support their mental health and wellbeing. You will play a key role in helping the student manage their learning environment and achieve their personal and academic goals by providing structured, consistent, and empathetic guidance.
