Overview

Your main responsibility will be to promptly and conscientiously deliver prescription items to private houses, nursing and residential homes. You will provide a high standard of customer service, portray a friendly professional image, and act as an ambassador for the Cohens brand. The role requires the ability to work under pressure to deliver prescriptions within the designated time, with attention to detail to ensure items are delivered in line with company procedures. A DBS check will be undertaken as part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescription items to private homes, nursing and residential homes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide a high standard of customer service, maintain a professional appearance, and act as an ambassador for the Cohens brand.
• Plan and print daily routes using basic computer skills; operate under company procedures and contribute to PR activities as required.
• Work with your own vehicle; ensure your personal vehicle insurance allows for business use and obtain any required documentation prior to attendance at interview or start date.
• Work as part of a well-established team to ensure customers receive a high standard of service.
• Adhere to branch opening hours and be flexible to work within these times.

Requirements

• Own vehicle with appropriate business use insurance; verify with insurer as needed.
