Qualifications

• Proven experience teaching or tutoring children with SEND/SEMH requirements.
• Background in education, youth work, or therapeutic settings.
• Compassionate, dependable, and initiative-taking mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face 1:1 support, working with students from Early Years to KS4.
• Deliver core subjects or SEND-specific content.
• Implement effective behaviour management using positive strategies.

Skills

Teaching or tutoring experience with SEND/SEMH

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compassionate and dependable mindset

Education

QTS or HLTA certification preferred

Minimum of two years relevant UK experience
