Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual, looking for a rewarding term-time position? Warren Mead Infant and Junior Partnership is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant who has a passion for supporting young people, helping to enhance their learning, and nurture their social and emotional development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioural and social support, high-frequency intervention and regulation support for an individual pupil.
  • Work on a 1:1 basis, supporting the pupil's learning journey.

  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated individual.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with young children.
  • Ability to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour.

Details
  • Start Date: As soon as possible.
  • FTE Salary: £23,651.
  • Pro Rata Salary: £17,662.17.
  • Pay Range: GLF Associate Grade 2.1.
  • Hours: 31.25 hours - Monday – Friday 8.30am - 3.15pm (Term time 39 weeks).
  • Closing Date: Sunday 4th January at 9.30am.
  • Interview Date: Thursday 8th January 2026.
