Job Description:
We're building a global team of passionate Software Sales Engineers (SSEs) to spearhead license sales growth for our industry-leading test and measurement software.
Responsibilities:
- You will engineer ambitiously in this role, forging relationships with top accounts in the Semiconductor, Transportation, and ADG industries, among others.

Requirements:
- Years of engineering-related experience in Test & Measurement
- Solid understanding of test and measurement software like NI LabVIEW, TestStand, LabVIEW Real-Time, LabVIEW FPGA, C, among others
- Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date on the latest software features and functionalities.
- Familiarity with the specific needs and challenges faced by engineers in Semiconductor, Transportation, and ADG industries (a plus).
- Proven ability to achieve goals in a competitive environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences (technical and non-technical).
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills, confident in showcasing the software's capabilities.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and establish trust as a trusted advisor.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with a focus on achieving shared goals with internal teams (Account Managers, Support, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing).
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and experiment in a fast-paced environment.
- Grit and resilience to handle rejection and overcome challenges.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and a global team schedule.
- Proficiency in English and/or French and/or German is essential for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Computer), Computer Science or related fields.
- Previous sales experience (a plus), with a focus on exceeding targets and closing deals.
