You are fluent in French and English.
At least 5 years of experience in HR in a growth environment, with broad knowledge and experience in human resources, preferably in tech companies.
You have a strong business acumen and proactively seek opportunities to impact company results by driving successful partnerships and supporting teams.
Ability to challenge and coach managers as well as employees when necessary.
A strong ability to diagnose problems both in a qualitative but also data-driven approach.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others, especially in an international and multicultural environment.
You are able to be the ambassador of the culture of Wakeo.
You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks in a multi-team, changing, and fast-paced environment.
