The Real Estate Project Manager is involved in a wide range of projects, including new development, redevelopment, and restructuring/renovation.
The assigned tasks include:
- Technical, functional, and environmental project programming.
- Consultation, selection, and management of technical service providers.
- Oversight of audits and due diligence for acquisitions.
- Monitoring of upstream studies and project phases.
- Operational oversight during project execution, property handover, and warranty monitoring.
- Administrative, contractual, and financial monitoring of projects.
- Development and integration of Corporate Social Responsibility strategies and energy performance initiatives.
