About the Company

The Missions

The Real Estate Project Manager is involved in a wide range of projects, including new development, redevelopment, and restructuring/renovation.

The assigned tasks include:

  • Technical, functional, and environmental project programming.
  • Consultation, selection, and management of technical service providers.
  • Oversight of audits and due diligence for acquisitions.
  • Monitoring of upstream studies and project phases.
  • Operational oversight during project execution, property handover, and warranty monitoring.
  • Administrative, contractual, and financial monitoring of projects.
  • Development and integration of Corporate Social Responsibility strategies and energy performance initiatives.
Your Profile

We are looking for an individual to work within a small, collaborative team, with the ability to work independently and take on responsibility in various real estate projects.

In terms of experience and skills, we are seeking:

  • A graduate of an engineering school or equivalent.
