A leading AI platform provider in France is seeking a VP of Industry Solutions to define and manage industry activities, engage with C-suite, and lead a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in business process transformation and a strong background in Product Management. This is a remote-friendly position with travel expectations.

For most organizations, effective AI process augmentation is only getting started: the full potential of combining agents, machine learning, analytics and human intelligence to fully rethink activities is yet to be unlocked.

As we enter into the pivotal moment of AI for organizations, Dataiku is looking for a VP to lead its Industry Solutions activities. In this role, you will be in charge of (1) defining and managing all activities focused on accelerating Dataiku’s industry and domain penetration as well as (2) shaping and rolling out our strategy to deliver full process augmentation with AI. You will efficiently manage a team of seasoned Industry Experts and AI Solutions Consultants, structure customer engagement methodologies, run pilots to success, and work tightly with Solution Engineering and Product leads on roadmap implications.

What you will do on a day‑to‑day basis
  • Strategy Definition: Own the definition of Dataiku’s Industry vision with the double objective of: Accelerating Dataiku’s industry penetration: more new logos, more stakeholders in the AI cycle. Moving from single use‑case to end‑to‑end process augmentation. Build a framework and supporting analysis to define priorities and build company alignment on shared objectives.
  • Product Management: Work tightly with the Product and Solutions Engineering leaders to define our industry‑focused Product roadmap and develop a strong Product Management mindset in the Industry Solutions team. Ensure that all industry‑specific capabilities (quick starts, solutions, applications, features) are delivered with the right velocity based on precise scoping and support from the Industry Solutions team, and that all capabilities benefit from the needed field proofing and roll‑out strategies to maximise their impact.
  • Solution Consulting: Define the replicable methodology to engage prospects and customers on end‑to‑end AI process augmentation, from scope to roll‑out. Ensure the methodology is field proven with recognized success before being scaled out through Dataiku’s Services Teams and Partners.
  • Executive Engagement: Act as a key senior stakeholder in events and customer engagements: you will be the face of our industry vision and will establish strategic partnerships with customers. You will create fruitful co‑building initiatives that can be transformed into repeatable success.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of 10+ seasoned Industry Experts and Solutions Consultants. Identify new skillset requirements based on strategic plan, organise team structure and staffing plans, and own implementation with a focus on employee impact and growth.
Who you are
  • 20+ years of experience in business process transformation and technology implementation: you have a deep understanding of data and AI technologies, business processes, and what operational transformation means. You are able to bring structure and methodology to a broad portfolio of initiatives and embark people in collective success.
  • C‑suite experience: you have worked with company leaders and know how to bring them to decision making on ambitious programmes.
  • Strong Product Management experience: you have driven complex roadmap exercises and have delivered ambitious software and/or data transformation activities. You know how to split phases and roles in roadmap execution, and are able to tailor processes to specific projects.
  • A doer by mindset: you do as much as you drive, with the capacity to go deep in details while owning the definition of a strategic vision.
  • Empathetic, able to manage a team of diverse, seasoned professionals with a focus on empowering them for success.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills: you are a recognised speaker, have the proven capacity to shape impactful messaging and deliver it efficiently.
  • Expertise in Banking, Manufacturing or Life Sciences will be a plus.
  • Based in Europe or US East, able to travel 15% of your time. #LI‑Remote
