Job summary

Youtrust is seeking a Technical Success professional to own a low-touch customer portfolio and serve as the main technical contact. You will collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure customers adopt Youtrust and extract real value from the platform.

You will work with APIs, guide developers through integrations, and use data to drive retention, growth, and satisfaction while leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS.
• Comfortable with APIs and technical integrations.
• Able to read API documentation and guide a customer's developer through an integration.
• Uses data and CRM/CS tools to decide where to spend time.
• Has run actions that reach many customers at once.
• Uses AI tools daily and explores new workflows.
• Explains technical topics clearly, in writing and by phone.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative with other teams.
• Fluent in French; English fluent; Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of e-signature or eIDAS is a plus.
• Willing to work from an office 3–4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own the low-touch portfolio: drive adoption and customer value, and secure retention.
• Act as the main technical contact for customers; understand their users, tech stack and integration needs.
• Collaborate with Account Manager to grow and retain portfolio.
• Use product usage data to spot risk or growth opportunities.
• Apply the low-touch playbook and help improve it.
• Flag upsell opportunities to Sales with context.
• Share feedback with Product and Support.
