Zusammenfassung

Youtrust is seeking a Technical Success Manager to own a portfolio of its largest customers (>1000 MRR) across France, Italy, and DACH. You will act as the primary technical advisor to help customers maximize value from Youtrust, protect renewals, and identify new opportunities for Sales.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, Support and Product. You will build trust with decision-makers, understand customers' tech stacks, and ensure successful integrations and setup.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing mid-market to enterprise SaaS accounts.
• Ability to negotiate churn or downgrades while preserving value.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication for technical conversations.
• Ability to build and execute account plans and conduct business reviews.
• Strong data-driven decision-making using CRM/tools.

Aufgaben

• Identify key accounts, build account plans with Account Manager, protect renewals.
• Serve as single point of contact for technical topics with customers.
• Spot new use cases and pass cross-sell/upsell opportunities to Sales.
• Run business reviews to show value and plan next steps.
• Track usage and account health; lead negotiations if customers downgrade or churn.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Support teams.
