Job summary

DiliTrust is seeking a Delivery Manager to bridge customers, Engineering and Product. You will guide API integrations, manage complex delivery planning and ensure on-time commitments across multiple teams.

You will work with large enterprise accounts and a fast-growing SaaS engineering org, delivering visible impact for European and global customers. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or delivery management in a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven experience running customer-facing integration projects with large enterprise accounts.
• Solid understanding of APIs and integrations (REST, webhooks, OAuth/SSO).
• Hands-on experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customers: act as the delivery contact for strategic customers integrating DiliTrust.
• Guide API Adoption: help customers design and roll out API integrations from scoping to go-live.
• Assess Fit and Capture Needs: ensure solutions meet requirements and identify gaps for Product.
• Drive Execution Internally: plan, coordinate and follow internal work across teams, manage risks and escalations.
• Keep Everyone Aligned: run steering meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Support Engineering Managers: assist in steering projects and managing risks.
• Track Delivery: maintain a consolidated view of progress across teams.
• Provide Useful Visibility: share delivery indicators to help teams daily.
• Suggest Improvements: propose practical process improvements with Engineering Managers.
• Connect Product and Engineering: aid scoping, prioritization, dependencies and releases.
