Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and ensure they achieve value from our AI solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact, driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success across strategic accounts.

You will lead onboarding, measure health, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive renewal, upsell opportunities, and customer-aligned roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles within technical/SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships and drive adoption.
• Experience engaging with Data, IT, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers and maximize value from Mistral solutions.
• Onboard, adopt, and engage customers to drive product usage and satisfaction.
• Monitor health metrics, identify risks, and address churn proactively.
• Collaborate with Sales for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
