Job summary

Youtrust is seeking a Technical Success Manager to own a portfolio of its largest customers in France, Italy, and DACH. You will act as the technical adviser, helping customers derive more value from Youtrust and identifying opportunities for expansion.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, Support and Product to ensure successful outcomes and high customer satisfaction. Fluency in French and English, with knowledge of e-signature or compliance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS accounts.
• Proven ability to retain revenue while expanding value.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and authentication.

Responsibilities

• Identify key accounts in your portfolio and build an account plan with the Account Manager to protect renewals.
• Serve as the single technical contact for customers and advise on setup and integrations.
• Spot new use cases and pass cross-sell/upsell opportunities to Sales with context.
• Run business reviews with key accounts to show value delivered and plan next steps.
• Track usage and account health, address risk signals, and manage downgrades or churn.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Support to improve the platform.
